Objective-C is a cross-platform language.

Interesting I didn't realize sun had a hand in it just thought it created by Next when Steve Jobs left apple
I just didn't expect to see the original windowing classes in the demo apps.

You think that is bad, you should have seen Objective-C when I first started using it in the late 80s.

Here's their response...
Hello,
Thank you for contacting iTunes Connect. We apologize for the delay in our response.
Please note that any changes to the app submission process and well as App Store changes will be communicated to you through iTunes Connect.
We appreciate that you have taken the time to send us your feedback. Please be assured that all of your comments have been forwarded to the appropriate team within Apple.
I haven't read or seen anything about this yet on my account. So I doubt it will happen in the next few days.

Apple usually doesn't comment on any changes until the changes take effect.

Apple will soon be as dead as Steve Jobs, so forget about them, they suck.

But probably more interesting!
This quarter, Apple didn't just generate more revenue than Microsoft, it made more money,
too: $24.67 billion vs. $16.43 billion in revenues and $5.99 billion vs. $5.23 billion.
Apple is far from dead.

I think that the mystery of Apple not accepting Carbon apps from november on
is solved. Apple seemed to plan from november on to require sandboxing for
all Mac apps. Now Apple has postponed this requirement to March:
Apple's eMail to developers wrote:As of March 1, 2012 all apps submitted to the Mac App Store must implement sandboxing.
http://www.macrumors.com/2011/11/02/mac ... nty-looms/
For Xcode developers enabling sandboxing is easy: they only have to activate
the checkbox "Enable Entitlements" in their target system settings:

Ah, I read something similar @

It would be interesting on how PB for OSX would cope.

Another website with some insite:

The problem might be bigger than we (well
you guys/gals that have an Apple computer) may anticipate.
Maybe Linux will be the only viable alternative to Windows after all...
Besides there is another storm on the horizon (nothing to do with Apple though):

Suppose the computer sales will go up just before Windows 8 will hit the streets.
