Whatever happened to the Lethal Judgement games, website, etc.?

If you google for anything related, you just might end up on some infected websites (stuff looking a little bit too much like the real thing, but preceded by ww2... instead of http://www...). And the original website is now some russian placeholder? http://www.bgames.org/enindex.html

Little bit more googling showed the same (?) product for the X-box (http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Produ ... 0258550425), a HD version, and something called 'origins'. There's also something called 'Big Bang' I haven't heard of before.
