File Undeleter

This is the best file undeleter I have found. It works very well, it is compact (162KB ZIP), it is very fast (lists 65,000 recoverable files on my system in under a minute), it requires no installation (can be run from a flash drive or even a floppy), it is very easy to use and not bloated with nonsense features, it works on 95-XP, NTFS/FAT. I love it

SyncBack -
http://www.2brightsparks.com/
SyncBack is a powerful freeware program that helps you backup and synchronise your files to: the same drive; a different drive or medium (CDRW, CompactFlash, etc); an FTP server; a Network; or a Zip archive.
SyncBack has received numerous accolades as a great backup tool, and SyncBack v3.2 sees significant improvements in functionality and presentation over its predecessors, including the ability to create background backups and email the resulting log after a backup. Compression of the backup files also comes as standard in the latest version of SyncBack Freeware, and the familiar restore and scheduling options that can automate backups that's integrated with the Windows Scheduler has been improved.
Other great features include detailed and easy to read log files in HTML format (that can be automatically emailed), simulated backups, file filters, sub-directory selection, copy verification, auto-close of programs, and more.
This is a nice backup utility with many features. There is also a low priced commercial version (SyncBackSE) with a few more features but the free one is really good. To get the freeware version, go to the site above then to Downloads->Freeware and scroll down.
