Another thing you have to realize is that PureVision generates PureBasic code, so this problem really doesn't have anything to do with PureVision as the XP manifest (apparently) isn't being properly included in the exe after compilation..

Are you using any kind of installer software that might have removed or replaces the XP manifest resource?
