Sorry about the Share*It thing not working properly. Idigicon is working on getting it sorted out.
Not sure about the shipping costs, to be honest. I'm assuming it'll be based on distance to ship, though, so it's probably going to be different for everyone. As soon as Share*It is sorted, we should know more
Thanks,
-K

Hiya,
George at Idigicon (the publisher) posted a message on Coder's Workshop that the book will be shipping this coming week. There was some problem with formatting during print (some of the code-boxes were cutting off the code or printing only half of them...very weird stuff), so they had to tinker with the layout in order to make it print correctly.
Thus shipping should be starting this coming week. Sorry for the delay on it!

This just in from George at Idigicion...to all those who pre-ordered the book:
Hello...
First off MEGA apologies from all concerned at Idigicon...
As you're probably aware we missed our original slot on the printing press & that was the most difficult part, booking another slot asap!

We are *more* than happy to add some free software (a selection of free games or a free boxed copy of either Quill 3D or Pro Pixel, into your orders at no extra cost, (please email me if you have a preference george.bray@idigicon.com - Alternatively our warehouse will pick titles from stock to add to your order).
Any further problems or questions, please feel free to email me at
george.bray@idigicon.com
Thanks again for your patience
George & all at Idigicon.

Cool

Quill 3D is a good program.
****************
Dark Mars Software:
ERROR
Unable to initalize the enviroment
Hmmm...weird! The only thing that comes to mind is:
--- When you unzipped the game did you make sure to unzip it into folders? There should be \graphics, \sounds, \music folders in there and then just the .exe a few .dat files and a readme.txt in the main game directory.
Do other PureBasic samples and such work okay for you? (i.e. list at the bottom of
http://www.purebasic.com/download.php3)
Thanks!

The postman tried to deliver my copy this morning, but I was at work.
I'm collecting it from the Post Office in the morning.
I'll post a review on Sunday.
