Not sure what that means. Create a shortcut for the file, open the shortcut property and specify the path there.
My PurebasicIDE path is different and didn't have a C:\PB\Purebasic_64 path so I created one. I tried the shortcut angle but didn't do anything so I tried from Command prompt. It scrolled a lot of stuff as you can see below, but no Build folder. This is not a standard compilation method. There is a project file in the folder and you need to create it with it. If you use my method, you will also need to import resources (icons). But more on that later.
