Shellcode is highly interesting and educational as u have to learn and explore
the assembly language

You have probably right, but i'm not sure talking about a function is make publicity for a bad utility.
Each thing in the world, can be positive or negative, even a gun can give to you food and save your life and your familly, or do bad thing

The hackers or malicious persons not need to this forum for learning bad things.
There is several site for do this, and surely software already terminate for do worst.

And it's when even important to know all the functions possible to do with a language.
Furthermore, i don't think microsoft create PowerShell for create virus, or hacking itself.
PowerShell have surely more usefull functions, than pirate function no ???

If we think always virus, we can stop immediately to programming PB, because even with a simple loop and deletefile function, me, the worst programmer of the world, i can create a nice virus, who delete all the file of a DD

This is my advice, obviously, each person think like he want
But ignore a problem, hiding our head in the underground is not the better behaviour for knowing the danger of bad programming

Well to understand those opcodes u need to know basic assembly.
The post has all information u need to reconstruct and understand how it works.
So i dont really get ur point.
