I'm positively sure it will arrive before Christmas.

Based on this blog post, I would guess sometime late April: http://www.purebasic.fr/blog/?p=383

Fred has only just started tackling the bugs if you look at the amount fixed in the bug forum in the last 24 hours :P So lets just say "It'll be done when it is done and not a moment before" :P And please, don't think I am trying to be a smart ass (well actually I am, but just in the raise a smile from comedy sense :)). But I would say late April - late May at a rough guess. Depending on how good the current batch of closed beta testers are :P But lets not turn this into a hound Fred into giving a date exercise, I would much prefer to see the bugs squashed and dealt with before the public beta comes out :) Makes less problems for us all then.

I asked a simple question, could we get a quick update, as we were told Fred would be back full time in April. I didn't ask for any dates or any commitments.

Do me a favor luci, save the snarky crap for someone else. I'm not impressed by it.

Actually, I wasn't being snarky... but point taken :) I was trying to be light hearted and amusing to be fair. Sorry if it came across that way.

Ok, then I apologize for being too sensitive. Guess it's been too long of a week, already.

We should meet up for an adult beverage, I could use one now!

I'll buy.

Hey, No problem Rich.. I'm not quite the same idiot I used to be...These days, I actually make a conscious effort to try to post nice things, or I don't post at all. But yeah, An adult beverage would be nice for me right now too, but crossing the Atlantic for a beer is a little bit difficult for me at the moment :P. But one day, I'll take you up on that.

Take it easy! :P

Hey Ash, thanks for the kind words, and again, sorry for my response, it's been a tough week. A client loaded Microsoft's .net updates, and it when it crashed their client machines, it was all of a sudden my problem!

To top that off, they're 60 days late in paying! Oh, and today is Friday the 13th!

Other than that...

Looking forward to that adult beverage I owe you!

Get a room.
Microsoft Visual Basic only lasted 7 short years: 1991 to 1998.
PureBasic: Born in 1998 and still going strong to this very day!
