PureBasic Forums - English

that is such a dualistic question

Different tools for different needs, different preferences for different people...
My toolkit is based around a C like language and PB is built around BASIC...

Personally I prefer C to BASIC, but actually i wouldn't expect any fan of PB to like Ecere...

Just happened that someone mentioned it on this forum and I dropped by to answer a few questions... It probably went on long enough but then no one registered in the Ecere forums and keep continuing the discussion here

In my mind that's a silly comment. I haven't read the whole thread but did he really write anywhere that his language is better? And can you say that PB is better than Ecere? They both have different features, but neither have to be the "BEST". With that in mind, I haven't even bothered trying his language yet either, I've already found the language I will stick with. (PB)
