Ah! BTW, i wonder why people with 18 or 20 or 24 years old now, like Irene, etc, know about Atari ST :roll:
It is wierd !?

Probably saw one on an history program or something, either that or saw one in a museum.

My son who is soon to become 14 years old grew up around amiga's. 1999 was the year I "defected" to the PC LOL. I assume that the same could be said for Atari owning parents. Their kids probably grew up around them, knew the name etc.
Hell, Amiga's & Atari were extensively used in TV and music production for YEARS. I still know of a couple of small local recording studios who still use atari's in certain stages of music production. If there is a use for something and it isn't broken, I guess people will keep using em

I'm 21 today (birthday) and we had an Atari ST when I was young

I love the games that people made for those... Other people had Nintendo or Amiga, we had Atari. Maybe we're just a weird family.

Hi Ex-Atari-ST user. Happy birthday (belated

)
I also had a ST. And sorry to say it is the worst computer a have had ever. Almost my MSX2 which is a 8bit, has better hardware.
And of course the ST can never compete with the worse of the Amigas 500, and i would say that C64 (8bit) had better hardware than Atari ST in general.
I took a good breath when i sold my Atari 1040 STE.

Thanks to all of you wishing me a happy birthday!

And I must say that I was quite pleased with it.

Yeah, I hope so!

When thinking about it, maybe I should give those guys a call.
