I have this bookmarked for these forums:

So if an old thread comes up, I don't know about it -- it looks new to me.
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

Its more likely that you followed the link in the following post and did not notice it was an old topic than it is that the forum would by some fluke pick a random old topic and display it as new:
