Even if I don't really see the advantage of using GTK instead the native API, I've understand now

Anyway this is good news, maybe that'll make me buy a mac

I guess no, it will be like Linux I suppose...
But a beta shouldn't be easy to install. Only the finished product needs to be in fact (Fred, you need to do a rpm for linux which include all the needed libraries, I know now how to install Purebasic on Linux, but it would be a lot better for Linux beginner !)
