No, I was being sincere. Your app kicks as$, if it weren't for your app,
I would not not how to make a PB Library. So, if it weren't for TB, I would
be distributing DLL's. Now how fun would that be.. ?

Ok, let's get to it.. this is beta 2.. I'm gonna break it!! Everyone should be
trying to break it.. as Fred said -- the full release is coming soon..

So let's drop in some good schtuff..

I started from scratch with the PB install, well, I installed the full 3.90
and dropped 3.91 beta 2 on it..

Thanks Fred for the new beta (beta 2) it has solved many problems now. But I am still not able to get the XP skins to work using Pure Vision. Anybody else having this problem ?

For example a simple button still looks like the classic button and not like the XP style.

Have you talked to Paul @ Reel Media about the problem? I use Purevision every day and don't have any problems..

If you mean that the window you're editing doesn't have a skin, just check the Forms -> edit with XP skins menu item in PureVision.

Yes I have spoken to paul. That was before the beta 2 was released. He said that I had to make sure that I was using the latest Pure Vision and jaPBe, which I am.

I am referring to a push button made in Pure Vision. It still looks like a classic button and not like XP. And yes I do have the enable XP skins option enabled in both places in PB.

Any further ideas would be welcome.

Do you have the "Windows classic theme" turned on in windows perhaps? Check your control panel in windows and see if the standard windows XP theme is enabled and not a modified version.
