There is no such thing as "Linuxes" - Linux is a proper noun and it should not be pluralised.

The correct technical jargon would be Linux Distributions or Linux Distros.

Linux refers to the operating system kernel, and all the other so-called "Linuxes" that you're referring to are distinctly independent distributions which simply utilise the same kernel.

So, even with your flawed semantics, plurality does not apply. Because there is only one unique Linux, but there are many different distros.

@randy walker, congratulations : a period of 30 years, I understand it. Imagine a perfect GUI which has start on a very specific hardware. Two "forum" to question about linux components. That was the context that I got to discover the open source world (personnally). But, for my way, I am disgusted by the computing hardware, through the people which try to do the believing the computing is a necessity, and so through the false and the ignorance. Example :
- to save the forests : false
- for defense again the t3rror15m : false
- to gain money : false ! Etc...
And as it is false, I see new non-senses. 2 example :
- when group networks (f4c3b00k, etc...) have caused lots of su1c1d5,
- when the security of personnal massive datas has failed, and fails again and again in a big scale, without law in the good time,

What to do to cast the big errors to the forget ?

Try the "s3_translator" plugin, it automatically includes subtitles on YouTube, without the need to search for them in the list of languages. Also, I use Alt+V to translate website pages (I disable the automatic mode, as it corrupts the source code).

You're a pretty smart guy so I thought I might take a look. It's not a matter of VPN. I could VPN into Russia but won't matter because it is the script that is being blocked by my Umatrix extension preventing the download and I still won't trust yandex any more if I use a VPN. I do lots of downloads that don't require me to allow scripts. That was really my only point.

It is not antivirus, It is a firewall-- read the specs defined by the creator. "firewall", not antivirus.

This is all the functionality of the defender. Only one works for the programs located in the file and in memory (external connected devices), and the second for the programs loaded with a browser and preventing their execution. The only difference is that one works in the browser, but the purpose is the same: to protect against malicious code.
