Note that iSedQuickPDF is totally abandoned and if you're editing user-supplied PDF files you might as well look elsewhere -- QuickPDF just won't work with new(er) PDFs.
Creating them with QuickPDF is decent - problems with most of the image and font functions will make you pull your hair out, though.
