Of course, assuming he words it properly as I said in my previous reply.GeoTrail wrote:That would be abit different. Then you would be targeting that channel specially. Different rules there I think.
What Joakim is offering is a platform to deliver free content. He can charge users for that if he wants.
It's one thing to say: "Subscription to porn stations", and another to say, "the monthly pay is for program maintenance".
His current wording:
"Subscribe to adult content (50+ channels) "
Better wording:
"Subscribe to get more features and to support this great product"
With his current wording, he is pretty much impying that he is charging monthly for other people's free porn stations. With my example wording, he is charging monthly to offer 'extra features' and ensure future support and maintenance. With my wording, it all his to do with HIS program, and not other people's streams. It's one thing to sell your own services, it's another to sell other's services without permission..
I had a long talk about this with my wife when I first wrote my TV prog because I also wanted to create some sort of monthly plan. After talking to a lot of people, we came to the conclusion that it's all in the wording. Wrong wording can lead to big problems in the future.
PS: I hope it all works out. You have been working hard on this.
