For the first turn : Sarkozy (30.4 %) / Royal (25 %).

and a nice surprise because people voted in mass.
about 75-80% of french people gone to the ballot box which is much much more than the last election. that's good and it's only the first turn.
that shows how french people is more implicated about politic than before - particularly for the young people (18-25 years old) which is new in france.
the bad point : Nicolas Sarkozy at 1rst position...
the good point : Segolène Royal present for the final run
so, at the moment, the result for the second turn is quite uncertain, about fifty/fifty.
i cross my fingers, hoping french people will do the good choice between two different progam,
two different personnality (one is a sort of rude father, and the other a reassuring and pretty mother).

Royal CAN'T win, if you add all left %, you get 36 % for the second turn and don't think about Bayrou's vote for her in mass.
It is really pity, i don't think better things for the next 5 years ...

She CAN win. Nothing's done.
It's possible even if - i agree - it will be difficult.

One week left !
Things are getting very (fortunately) uncertain...
about fifty fifty with a very little advantage for Sarkozy.
Wait & See.
[ This time, we can forget the 2002 shock (Chirac 82% - 18% Le Pen) which was an anti democratic score. ]

I think both are not qualified to solve the problems of France.
But if I'm forced to choose:
I choose Sarkozy.
Why?
Royal is a very smart and nice woman but still a socialist.
Socialists have messed up too much in my own country that's why I don't trust them.
Thank God we don't have to vote who's in charge over PureBasic.
That can only be one.

I'll never forgive Sarkozy trying to increase the trial period for employees.
Remember the riots 2 years ago!
EDIT: Tout sauf Sarkozy!

Yes, Riots were caused by Sarkozy and the increasing precariousness, poverty, unemployment in such districts as a consequence of the current policy.
