You can simply install the 4.02 and then copy the pbcompiler.exe from 4.01, this
way you have all the library fixes, and the old compiler.
Where do I find PB 4.01?

No.
I thought that Fred keeps old Versions up as long as the new ones are not tested well enough...

Put an !XOr instead of XOr and it will be ok until a fixed version arise.
