As dramflamloc said, it's easy to do includes when you can write a game. And the comparison with A6 is good too, A6 is what you call a game engine, but with level editor, model editor, ...
So, I don't think many people will buy a wrap of OpenAl and Irrlicht...

I think we need to wait until it is released before making a judgement like this. 40 Euro might be a hell of a deal depending on how much trouble is saved by the user.
