I started writing a how-to for upgrading the demo version to full but I quickly realized that the steps needed to perform the upgrade will surely scare away most people. Therefore, I will make a installation app, like I did for the CoLinux version, some time this afternoon or tomorrow.
For the gurus out there; the full version of PureBasic includes a copy of "fasm" that does not work with QEMU (the reason for the long wait). You will need to rename or delete the copy of "fasm" included in the "~/pureBasic/complilers" directory. This will cause your compiled apps to use the "fasm" in the "/usr/bin" directory, which is version 1.62.

Hello,
I'd like to test it, but impossible... the interface for accessibility reason cannot be use with my software solution for accessibility (I am blind

). I have tried
Cygwin which have dirrectly a simple consol interface, but I didn't arrive to install PureBasic. Can someone help me to have an accessible and secured consol window with PureWinLin or can someone help me to install PureBasic on Sygwin?
Thank you in advance.

Gansta93:
I do not know if installing PB/Linux in a cygwin environment is even possible. I do
not know that much about it, but i think it only emulates a unix subsystem, but
the executables themselves must still be compiled for the windows platform.
I could be very wrong here though
About the accessibility with qemu:
Cannot help you there, sorry.

Thank you for your answer Freak.

Now I understand why I can read Cannot execute binary file when I type pbcompiler.
If someone can explain me how to be in consol mode with QEMU without graphic way, it would be very nice.
Thanks again Freak, now I won't test again for nothing with Cygwin.

Press <Ctrl> + <Alt> + F1 to drop out of X-windows an into console mode. You will need to login, user name is "pb" and password is "pbuser".
Press <Ctrl> + <Alt> + F7 to return to X-windows.

The consol is not accessible too... so Pure on Linux is not for me.
Thanks again for help.
