sure if he want to sell it for spying employees in cases where it is allowed by contract, yes there has to be a notice to clients, so that the employer gets the possibility at all. but even if DoubleDutch won't add such a feature, he isn't responsible for what a employer is doing with this app.Well, I think there's more to it.
