With Bulk Rename you can see the result as you type in the parts you want renamed ;)

Servant Salamander also has a bulk renamer that does that too. Not sure if the free version has a bulk rename and if it does, if it shows real-time results though.

NeoMem

NeoMem

NeoMem allows you to store and organize all kinds of information in a cross between a word processor and database. The interface is similar to Windows Explorer, except that instead of dealing with files on a hard disk you deal with objects in a file.

It can be used to store to do lists, books, website passwords, addresses, account information, and collections of all kinds. You can define your own classes for items that you want to store information about, and define properties for those objects. Each object can also store formatted text in a simple word processor view.

If you download the zip file you can use the program without installing it. Very impressive app ;)

Agree to that! I use neomem since Version 0.0 :? or so...

The bad thing is, it is programmed by a single person - no one seems to help the author, so the actual version (from february) will be the last one for a while...

Just to share that FoxMail 6 is even better than version 5 and, ofcourse free.

Only problem (and the solutioin) is that when you install it shows in chineese. Solution is to rename the chineese language file to anything else and then FoxMail shows in english.
