The IP test proved nothing. ISP's periodically change their IP ranges. One year it might be 88.xxx.xxx.xxx, next it might be 83.xxx.xxx.xxx. (please note the start numbers are just there for sake of argument, not the actual start ranges, before some sarcastic person fires into me
)
Not conclusive proof, but perhaps those IP ranges resolve back to the same ISP of the said individuals? And as I don't have access to that data, I cannot check where geographically in the country they are.
oh and as for the apology thing... No, I will not apologise to a man masquerading as a woman. Regardless of whether I am right or wrong on who it is... the fact that a bunch of grown men and teenage boys are getting fooled by this is reason enough for me NOT to do that methinks.

Well our internet connection is VDSL and we have a Static IP.. if we want to change it we must call our ISP and ask them to do it. ~_~
But well... I decided to leave this here so it doesn't matter whether you believe me or not. O_O
