Oh, No!!!...now it will be impossible to know when it was released...netmaestro wrote:Forgot to change the title, it still says beta 6.

Re: PureBasic 5.30 beta 7 released!
Given that 5.22 has the status LTS, will the possibility to download demo 5.22 after release 5.30?
Dawn will come inevitably.
Re: PureBasic 5.30 beta 7 released!
No, the demo will be always the last released version.
Re: PureBasic 5.30 beta 7 released!
Why I asked.
I am preparing a series of publications with full source code and a link to the demo 5.22 LTS!!!
I registered as a user have access to 5.22 full, and my potential readers, not community members will have access to demo 5.22 just before the release 5.30.
And in this case it is better to wait for a release.
LTS!!!???

Yes, you should wait for 5.30 demo
Re: PureBasic 5.30 beta 7 released!
Fred, can he host 5.22 (demo) himself on a website?
I don't see why not, as it's not the paid version, and
there are other websites hosting older demo versions:
http://purebasic.software.informer.com/download/
(Scroll down to see the various download links).

I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

That is, if after 5.30 will be release 5.23, the demo version 5.30 will not download?Fred wrote:No, the demo will be always the last released version.

Re: PureBasic 5.30 beta 7 released!
No, the LTS isn't a new version, even if it gets a new release.
Re: PureBasic 5.30 beta 7 released!
That is very generous of you.Fred wrote:Sure, it's not a problem
Why not post demos on the PB site of both the LTS and the latest version?
Re: PureBasic 5.30 beta 7 released!
What would be the point ? New customers won't care about old versions, or I miss something ?Tenaja wrote:That is very generous of you.Fred wrote:Sure, it's not a problem
