Internet Explorer isn't free. You have to pay $150 dollars to get Windows so that you can get IE.

No you can't. Internet Explorer is distributed as an installer that's some hundred kilobytes. That installer runs only under Windows. The installer downloads the actual program. So no, you can't download it without Windows.

Keitai FOX - Firefox optimization output to USB Drive
http://www.newfreeware.com/internet/2443/

My DevelopSoftware. It is a Japanese portable Firefox version. When thinking about use excluding the sphere in English, this is useful. 2.8 of the English versions will be made next year. A Japanese version is version 2.7 in Firefox and Thunderbird corresponding to perfection. The frequency introduced to the press exceeds 20 times.

This is software that my programming friend's Orios made. The business can be used. Orios is 16 years old. When he examines scholastic attainments, he enters within 100th place in Japan.

oryaaaa, the metasec product is hardly free, the only export format appears to be its own, which may make it pretty much useless :-) that is according to the website, then on top no one can buy it from outside japan :-)

The author is dreading violation of the patent like MP3.
You can output it in case of SUF, RDS, COB, SCE, X, and POV.

SUF (DoGA CGA)
DXF (AutoCAD)
COB (trueSpace)
X (Direct3D)
SCE (SoftF/X)
OBJ (Wavefront)
RDS (RayDream)
POV (POV-Ray)

Animation Master (DXF
Blender(DXF
OpenF/X(SCE, and Rename extenshon .sce to .mfx
Poser3(DXF
POV-Ray(POV
RayDreamStudio(RDS and DXF
Shade(DXF
SoftF/X(SCE and DXF
trueSpace(COB
gameSpace(COB

shareware is Original format. Original format saved, and LE Version load your data.
The trueSpace user in Japan is using this software by modeling.
DirectX Output include UV-Mapping!

Metaseq Original Format Spec( Excite transfer

Plugin-SDK

If the conversion software of an original format is made, you will be worshiped with the god.

Not so. Most users are only aware of the small installer version that you're talking
about above, but there is always the full version available for downloading and
installing for those who don't have Internet access. There are two ways to do
this:

(1) Install the small installer above, but tweak it to force a download of all files
which can then be burned to a CD as a full Internet Explorer package. You can
then use this CD to install the full IE when offline, on multiple computers. See:
http://www.updatexp.com/download-ie6.html

(2) Download the full IE6 file from http://browsers.evolt.org/?ie/32bit (click
the "6.0" folder, then select the "IE60.exe" file). Not sure if this is an official
build or just a self-extracting version of (1) above, but it's 76.74 MB in size
so appears to be the full thing.

(1) You need a Windows computer to do that.
(2) That's not official.
(3) But maybe it's possible to install it Wine, what do I know.

So? We're talking about freeware, with no mention of specific platforms.
