Right now, I would kill for a roast pork roll with gravy or an eyebrow curling Banh Mi roll with just enough chilli to raise my eyebrows.

Since he mentioned 'Nimbin', just happening to be at Australia's druggy centre, hippy beaches a specialty, I would imagine that the Mushrooms are not your Coles Or Safeway variety (hint, hint), more like 'Magic forest mushrooms'.

They were good. Mind you, with recent local events my appetite for wild mushrooms of any kind has greatly diminished.
