PureBasic is the best tool around to check what in your mind in no time
It is not fast as C++ but it is closer
The math lib not very accurate like FORTRAN (Good old days)
It is after all not Unreal 4 for games
But you will get a very good product (Small exe size - good interface and so on..)
I am sure you will like it

Hi Rashad,
You probably don't remember, but you have helped me out in the past with a couple of PB code pointers.
I agree with your sentiments about PB. I have been a fully paid up licensed user for a couple of years, but I have only "played" with PB until now.
I was just a bit put out that the first time I try to use PB for real coding the examples I needed to understand didn't work.
Unfortunately, I do tend to be somewhat impatient, but as this thread indicates with a bit of patience and a little help from friends, much can be resolved.
