So, is there a bug in the PB structure definition?
If the fix is "Structure NMTVITEMCHANGEac Align #PB_Structure_AlignC", does it make sense to make a Feature Request to enable Align options for Resident Structures, to avoid recreating and renaming Structures for alignment purposes?
