Hi Fang
- Some of the applications like Notepad.exe need more time to be settled that is why there is a Delay(?)
Increase the time to get full snapshot
- Some of the applications you can not snap it because it is prohibited by design like the Calculator.exe

Conclusion : There is no foolproof solution like I said in the previous post
We have to live with it
