I suppose there are many who buys these and don't know any better until they used it enough to reach the actual size limit. Positive feedback are likely from those who were deceived.
My mother does a lot of buying stuff on eBay. Buying memory cards especially, are really problematic on eBay. Several types of issues she's experienced so far.
