I think the offline version of MSE still works on FAT32/NTFS based XP installs. You can only update it with NICs that support MS generic drivers though on either OS.
by the way the ads are from rfihub dot com, it's hosted in Huston TX US and has DNS with godaddy. They hide their registrar data in DNS records.. I haven't figured out which affiliate network it is yet and they block direct requests.
They're know for using redirect ads whoever they are..
