Re: SpinGadget and Focus
TrackMouseEvent_() seems simpler than making a gadget from scratch, imho.

Still no answer to any of my three questions:netmaestro wrote:TrackMouseEvent_() seems simpler than making a gadget from scratch, imho.

Are the observed EventTypes not offical supported and will be removed at any time
or are these EventTypes missing in documentation
or is there an error regarding EventTypes in my above posted code?

Re: SpinGadget and Focus
To question 1, only the team can give an answer. Until that happens you should assume they're unsupported and could go away.
To question 2, your code looks fine.

netmaestro, thank you for your answer.
Did you mean question 3?netmaestro wrote:...

That's one question as an answer to the first part necessarily answers the second part. Are the observed EventTypes not offical supported and will be removed at any time
or are these EventTypes missing in documentation

I don't think so.netmaestro wrote:That's one question as an answer to the first part necessarily answers the second part. Are the observed EventTypes not offical supported and will be removed at any time

A forgotten entry in documentation could be an alternate reason.

Re: SpinGadget and Focus
But a forgotten entry in documentation would mean the events are supported, answering the first part. Conversely, an answer to the first part that they are not supported would answer the second part, that nothing was missed in documentation. It's all the same question.

Can't argue with a frog. It's not my language.
