I couldn't find a bug either.
It runs fine.. Although I was confused at first about what you meant by drifting, as I assumed you meant the racing style. But it seems you may be talking about the car drifting across the road on long curves? That seems to work fine too.
Are you testing the same EXE you have had us download? If not, then maybe when you are testing you have the debugger on and don't realize it or something? That will slow it down.
Otherwise, not sure. If there is a bug it probably won't be found so easily without sharing your entire project source with someone who wants to look over it.
