I don't see why. We as users get to choose one of two versions: a stable release that gets nothing but bug fixes for 2 years, or a release that has bug fixes and new beta features as well. It's a win-win situation.

That is some real incentive for me to move from 4.51 to 5.20 as soon as it's released.
