I passed over the guide a few times, even added a bookmark to it, but frankly the elections have been foremost in my mind, and my own research into what has gone wrong in Democracy has grabbed my interest and time. We are failing, and I know many of the reasons why. I've also worked out some fixers, but they will never happen. This is my last post on this topic. It is exhausted.
