Maybe an update to PellesC 7.00 will be great for the PureBasic 5.00 release too.
PB has actually:

- polib.exe : Pelles Library Manager, Version 6.00.1
- porc.exe : Pelles Resource Compiler, Version 7.00.3
- polink.exe: Pelles Linker, Version 5.00.1

- FAsm.exe: flat assembler version 1.69.35 (new: 1.70.03)
Belive! C++ version of Puzzle of Mystralia
<Wrapper>4PB, PB<game>, =QONK=, PetriDish, Movie2Image, PictureManager,...

Great news.

But i get an error when i try to start the visual designer on Windows 7 x64:

The Visual Designer.exe is missing?

The PB IDE button is broken (launch the old VD which is not shipped anymore) - you have to launch the Form Designer from its executable right now.

Files->Preferences->General

Change the path to exe using the new name (FormDesigner.exe)
