I think that person is trolling. Any programmer worth their salt would read installation instructions, and know exactly what kind of support comes with the product they are installing. I have Visual Studio 2010 at home. Literally create a new (web service) project, and you have your hello world right there ... click the play button. (new web service project). I am not saying it's better than PB, both have their places.
I am only calling out the troll.
