Problem with item icon

I just tried what I suggested above:
- right-click on Win7 desktop
- click Screen Resolution
- click Make text and other items larger or smaller
- choose 125% and Apply
- log off then back on

And it makes my icons look exactly like yours.
If you change it back to 100% you should be back in business.
