Need help with website design/programming!

I have a limited experience with web design/programming and I hope you help me figure it out or point me to some tutorials/examples to help me achieve this goal.

Don't know how far you have gotten with this, but for what it's worth you might be interested in TCPDF, a free and open source PHP class, which takes much of the hard work out of generating PDFs.
