Luckily I don't have to deal with parents since they are all adults (in age)Rook Zimbabwe wrote:There were some woderful parts and a lot of painful memories... Parents were horrid when they either didn't respect my subject (Art) or thought they knew more than I what should be taught (Comp Sci) and administrators were impossible... I don't miss the Admins or the Parents and possibly 10% of the kids!

Our classes are divided up into 6 work hours ranging from 45-50 minutes. It was really hot in the classroom as the AC didn't work and there are 50+ computers on at all times. I am teaching computers too. Ranging from total beginners, to creating advanced Excel and Access databases.Rook Zimbabwe wrote:I taught 5 one hour and 20 minutes classes a day... average class size 40+
Yeah I do got it made. All the planning is already done. There are 4 classrooms and we are 8 teachers in total. The managers do the planning based on how many students there are and their level of computer knowledge. So I really can't complainRook Zimbabwe wrote:You got it made!
