Although I have almost no time to browse the forums, I use PureBasic intensively.
Mostly for creating small and user specific apps. I like to call them PureScripts

All new or changed commands are listed in the shipped help doc under 'History'. As to bug fixes, there really isn't a published list but you can browse through the bug reports section of the forum for some idea.

Thanks I wasnt aware of any new features in the RC1, I'll check out the help file.
