CHM - COMPARISON -b6 -b7

Hello,
I've compared both Pb-Help-versions of betas 6 & 7 for the german and english edition with each other to receive an overview about innovations or changes.
Thereby a list of the according Html pages (and pictures) has come out which I would like to supply to you. (However, it makes no declaration about concrete changes, only where they took place. The numerical data concern the number of available files within the Chms.)

Have fun on researching ~ PB-chm-b6-b7.txt

May I send Library.exe to Avira?

Virus-Warning on PureBasic 4.40 Beta 7 ...

Alright ... here is'n update on this:

I've send a copy of some Beta-Files to Avira yesterday (I hope this was ok for you, Fred), so they can check what's gone wrong in their scanner.

Today I received a mail from Avira that they've checked the files and they confirmed it as a false alarm.
They promised to eliminate this false alarm in one of their next updates.

Good news for all Avira-User I think. ;)

And I thought it was an error. A wrong, baseless opinion. A software calling another "trojan" without actually knowing why.

Instead it was a "false alarm" ! How cute.

imho it should be libelous for one software house's software to call anothers a trojan when it's not.

Some graphics commands still do not work under DirectX9, for example SetFrameRate. Maybe you should have waited to change the default subsystem until all commands function properly.

Hi PB-Team, thanks for the new beta. But I'm now confused a little :?
If a developer wants to have win7/aero support up to now, he could
easy decide to switch to the DirectX9 subsytem, with the awareness
that this contains still some bugs..
And now should every developer work from scratch with dx9?
For myself, it is no problem. I just going to activate subsystem "Directx7"..

So Fred, now that DX9 is default...
How long until we get DX 10.0/10.1/11.0 support ? (runs and hides from the wrath of Fred)
