Would anyone with an anti-virus please confirm this?

Thanks, SFSxOI. Just out of curiosity, which "lab" are you referring to? Does your employer have an on-site antivirus team?

Yes, we have on site anti-virus teams, we have lots of things. I work for a division of a company that provides services for information security - network security - electronic (computers and networks mostly) forensic analysis for various corporations and governments and law enforcement agencies world wide, we also evaluate anti-virus and anti-malware products for use by various corporations and governments. In addition we supply teams that trace and trackdown those who try to break into the networks of corporations and governments, and provide intrusion/penetration testing along with counter-intrusion and counter-attack services. We have three labs across the U.S., and some in overseas locations, where we do nothing but analyze viruses/trojans/worms/and all sorts of malware and provide advice and technical assistance on countering the nasties along with eradication and recovery services on the enterprise level. We track and trace spam back to its true source and provide spam network, or hostile network, "exploration" to help law enforcment agencies and governments determine the extent of the enterprise for later prosecution. Yes, we have anti-virus teams on site at all lab locations, and teams to deploy if needed, and we have access to consultants from Microsoft, Apple, most leading software and hardware manufacturers, and all the leading anti-virus anti-malware products.
The advantage of a 64 bit operating system over a 32 bit operating system comes down to only being twice the headache.

That sounds pretty official. I appreciate you passing the executable along for analysis.
