IMCO you need to leave now if you are going to construct that sort of crap.
Yeah, I know your wanker buddies think it is kewl to do such things... I remember when I kicked Spaceman Spiff's butt after I found out he was the hacker that coded the Red October virus at UH.
Learn how to write REAL programs. Leave the idiot toys for the children!

I spent 10 years teaching people his age... I no longer have to be friendly to the youth of this world! I paid my dues.
Plus there is no friendly way to say: Don't code like an idiot!

I think you need to chill out, it was only an idea to help me learn,
I saw one on another forum and could not think of anything else to make.
Giving some ideas would be great.
No i dont want it to be some sort of Hello World crap.
I will use the help file to get me going.

Ideas:
Tic - Tac - Toe (Naughts and Crosses) game :: You will learn the basics of Graphics programming, and how to use an array or two in PB. The AI is pretty simple as well.
Simplified Pente game... Like th above, but 5 in a row
Side Scroller...
2D Isometric fighting game....
Application to figure out how to scale recipes for 1 to 1000 using a database and some math.
These are all simple ideas. They also have the advantage of teaching you a great deal about PB. If you needed help for them I cannot think of a grumpy old codger on this board that would not hesitate to help you.
They aren't brash, destructive and sexy felonies like bringing MSN to its knees.
You actually learn something. If someone makes fun of it... ask them for their best... they probably cannot do it! Too busy learning how to make a wardialer!
