The question is, why are you using raw sockets? And why did you post this same question on another username which was used to ask questions about malware in the past? (pbchinese)
If you can clearly explain why you would be using raw sockets, and if it's not for some sort of attack or virus, or just generally screwing someone over, I will gladly help with your project.
