No. Try editing the ini file. Maybe it works, maybe not, but it isn't supported by me.
It worked perfect when I edited the .ini file. No streched 2D graphics and correct FOV(field of view). All resolution supported by the monitor should be added to the options menu.

Resolutions < 800x600 destroy the game(2D Graphics won't be resized and are drawn over with others) and too big could slow it down. But I will look if I can find a good solution.

When I saw this I thought "Great! Something my grandson can play when he comes over." But alas...not so. I've only had two blue screens and restarts with Vista, both caused with games programmed in PureBasic, this one was the second one. Oh well, back to the commercial games. Good job though, and thank you.

Who the hell has Vista? Buy my product and I will buy a new computer for Vista, otherwise I can't help you with that.

A friend said you need admin rights for it or such. I don't know anything about Vista.

I am running Vista with full admin rights. Who has Vista? A lot of people will. For example, I just finished installs for a small company with 300 work stations, half of those told me they were running Vista at home too. The local Sams club stocked 1000 copies of Vista, they are sold out now. New computers are coming with Vista. Me thinks that lots of people will have Vista.
To be fair I did try your game on an XP machine with the same specs as my Vista machine and it worked fine on the XP machine.

The "Who has Vista?" was just to clarify that I have no money(I would need a better machine to run Vista, but I don't have any money to finance something like that.) and many people here think it's not worth the money.

- Fixed shader bug which appears with the new nVidia driver.
- Added keyboard control through left/right keys for choosing character and map.

When I saw this I thought "Great! Something my grandson can play when he comes over." But alas...not so. I've only had two blue screens and restarts with Vista
BSODs are generally caused by Hardware/Driver issues. Both of which Vista is notorious for. But it is to be expected when you are using an OS that doesn't work out of the box on most existing hardware.
You are on a programming forum, you know better than to post a silly "it doesn't work" comment like that. What are your specs? This game requires OpenGL. Are you using one of the MANY video cards that are buggy under Vista? What version drivers are you using?
Please tell me you are not trying to run a OpenGL game on a POS video chip like Intel or the other crappy mobo vchips they turn out.
Who has Vista? A lot of people will.

Duh, I know that from the early version you gave me to try, not sure why I put DX9. *hits myself with the idiot stick*
OpenGL support under Vista is really bad. Like all flavors of Windows it only ships with "software" support for OpenGL. But trying to find Vista drivers for most video cards that will properly support OpenGL is a nightmare. Add to that the fact that many of the "Vista" machines being sold in the store do not even meet the minimum system requirements for a low-end XP gaming system. Its not hard to see why gaming tech support boards are clogged with Vista issues.

It isn't a hardware or driver issue. I'm not sure what kind of problems your having with Vista but mine runs without issue and the only two problems i've ever had with Vista in this respect were both with games programmed with PureBasic, and thats it. I have commercial games running in Vista that were created back in 2000 and 2001, and some made as recently as last year and they run flawlessly without any problems, so i'm pretty sure its not a driver or hardware problem. There wasn't any need to post 'specs' and it wasn't a "it doesn't work" post, it was simply stating that it didn't run in Vista and later I posted that it did work in XP. After seeing it in XP I think DarkDragon did a great job with it, I wasn't being critical of his work just simply reporting that it had some problems with Vista to which he responded suitably.
Gheesh..Brice! Understand what your reading before jumping in to critique.

Nor am I trying to give you a hard time in any way. Just the problem you are reporting is serious and it concerns me very much, as it could affect my games which I have been working on for months. Issues like this being reported by you affect all us PBers and apparently moreso us game developers.
When you don't provide any usable info other than "it doesn't work", it really doesn't help anybody, and in fact makes the situation worse as your fellow users are left scratching their heads and not knowing what the problem could be.
Part of what makes this community great is that people try and help each other when situations like this occur as it DOES affect all of us.
I have commercial games running in Vista that were created back in 2000 and 2001, and some made as recently as last year and they run flawlessly without any problems, so i'm pretty sure its not a driver or hardware problem.
What are the APIs and versions of the APIs these games are using? FWIW, it is not a fair comparison to compare the performance of games which are using older versions of APIs with a game that may be using a newer API.

This is the really
concerning part as this game is using OpenGL 2.0, most likely the other PB game is using the default PB APIs. Is this true? If so, then it would imply there could be an issue with PB itself?
"IF" you have the time, Please, could you tell us your specs (video card, driver version, etc) and answer the following:
Do PB apps run ok on Vista for you?
Do the sample PB 2d programs run ok on Vista for you?
Do the sample PB sprite3d programs run ok on Vista for you?
Do the sample PB Ogre programs run ok on Vista for you?
The gaming confilcts on Vista are screwy. I am hoping that by this fall when the drivers are expected to be stabilized, the majority of issues should disappear.

Not work about me.
Load music and map and jumps out a window with a mistake.
Setup: 800x600x32 Window mode, not shader
System: Athlon 1.4, 256mb, GeForce mx 400 64mb
