Excellent work its cool and very nice :)

just a few thoughts

Maybe it could detect if windows me 98 or windows 2000 and have an option to update time on the internet...

note I left out XP as it has a auto time updater...

it would be nice if there were more clock back faces...

Regards
Kevin

Hey Jcv, is that Vista you have it running on? I couldn't get it to run at all on Vista, it just kept saying "This program has stopped working"

You need to be in the market for a computer, Trond:

My own clock uses only 8%. But who cares, I've got a digital clock on the taskbar anyways.

It uses between 3 and 4 % on my machine when I run three instances. By setting Affinity to CPU 1 doesn't help either. Always uses between 3 and 4 %. I'm not complaining though, I think this is a master piece ;)

That clock is SO COOL, you should market it :!: :!: :!:

The previous picture with all the clocks gave me an excellent idea though.
Sometimes it's necessary to keep a reference to a different time zone, businesswise, etc. Could you include a menu item to set the hour.
For example. I live in US Central time, and I want to moniter Hawaii time.
I would set the clock back four hours. That way I could see at a glance what time it was, before calling someone or conducting business there.

I also found an impressive link to find the time in different areas for anyone who is interested.

Thanks again for this very cool clock. :D

Uses about 9% of CPU on my computer - but still, fantastic work. Personally, I prefered the previous versions 'jumping' second hand, it just reminds me of a 'real' clock :).

I actually prefer the smoothness of the second hand. Reminds me of a Rolex, not that I have that hehehe. Casio Geotrail is the only watches for me ;)

I made an update that should drastically reduce CPU usage for those who are getting positive usage numbers. It's hard for me to know just how effective anything I do is, because I have four computers here and two versions ago it was showing zero on all four. I made these changes:

- switched from updating the second hand every 40ms to every 60ms, still sweeps smooth enough
- stopped drawing the hour and minute hands on every draw, they only change once a minute now.

The latest version is 113kb with a timestamp of 12:30pm on it. If those who are getting CPU usage could download and test please? I appreciate it.
