If mine arrives eventually, I can see that I'll need some help:):)
**EDIT** Mine arrived today and it's a fun little thing. Got my app bundled and running on it but I'll be buggered if I can figure where it put the database my app creates. And I'm having fun trying to figure out how to create the manifest properly.
Bah!! I'll get there.

Definitely. I'm porting my mmorpg client onto the U3. Thankfully all the maps and data and other resources use less then 60MB ... just barely. Never got as far as the manifest file ... But once I'm there, I'll definitely post my results here.

Thanks. I've got as far as installing and running it off the device. Just forgot that the launcher maps the program to the host machine at run time. Re-reading the pdf guide to figure out how to get the data file to stay on the device itself (persistent).
Fun, fun, fun

Man, I haven't heard anything from U3 yet.
Maybe they didn't like my ideas of turning the U3 device into a new type of airborn virus spreader *LOL*
No seriously, I haven't heard anything after I sent the description of my project. Maybe I should take that as a bad sign

mine came about a week after the email enquiry about my project. I also threw in an 'airborn' qualifyer, so that can't have been it, GeoTrail...

Ok. maybe it's the distance and price of P&P?
Does everyone that has gotten their U3 device live in the US?
