About the player, do you use a webgadget with <EMBED> in your program :?:

And, is the channels file downloaded directly from an url :?:

I modified this one:

The channels file is made by the program when it downloads many urls and scans them for TV streams.

Why these questions? :P

Why these questions?
I have this idea of a 'poor mans media center' with (bluish) web interface to show pics and videos, music,
web radio, web tv and the like for people with big flat screens and no time for fooling around.

So, fishing around.. Hope that's no big offence. :P

Hey, I'm currently making a new version of JLC's Internet TV and I'm doing some testing to improve compatibility.
This is a little exe I want everybody to test, it let's you choose which version of WMP you want to use, please test all versions and let me know of the result:
http://www.myhome.no/whatever/testing.exe
And if you have more windows versions then please test it on all!

I will come with more exe's for you to test later.

Same post in my forum, you may answer there instead :P:

Have you consdiered making this into a plug-in or 'extender' type item for Windows Media Center?

Haven't thought about that, I haven't even tried Windows Media Center before, is it only in the Media Center edition of XP? Or where can I get it?
And btw, do you have any knowledge about making such plug-ins for it?
