Absolutely the best/easiest to use free helpmaker!?
I've tried all the mentioned here and this one in: http://abeetech.com/

No one is good enough, so i continue doing docs with the Gnozal's PureHELP, even it is not focused to general docs, but at least it is useful and coherent, and it can be used to make any document (not only libs). :)

Yes, i did.
And here is my opinion:
This helpfile describes how you can use Visual Web Developer (Express) to create html files for the html helpcompiler.
Once you have html files you can compile these files to a single compressed html helpfile (.chm).

Note that this help was created the same way.
Illustrations will be your guide.
